February 23, 2024 - Fresh and dense white burgundy. Grilled lemon. Yellow apples, mango and a nice rich creaminess. Lingering zestiness in the end.
This vintage seems younger and more complex than 2019.
Had with poached haddock, yellow beetroot and potatoes in browned butter with some lemon zest and fennel seeds. -
