Nice bright acidity, crispness, nice fruit intensity
Pomme verte, lime et citron, un peu de pomme jaune pas mûre, mineral, herbaceous (un peu). Un peu de rondeur aussi: poire, petite fleur (fleur d’oranger?)
Clean, long finish
Bien fait et bien équilibré
Raisins et vinification
—Vieilles vignes
—Élevé principalement en stainless mais un peu de contact avec le chêne
—Élevé 12 mois sur lie
