  May 5, 2024 - Drinks like a big buttery Napa Chardonnay, think Lewis or something similar. Very good but not my style, rich and a bit flabby…rubber notes and buttered popcorn, jellybeans vanilla bean, just not enough acidity at all for me, still very tasty

  March 25, 2024 - Parents wedding anniversary 2024; 3/22/2024-3/25/2024: Parents anniversary supper, 8 courses, 7 wines.

  Paired with brown buttered scallops.
  
  My white of the night! Golden color. The nose was so sexy on this wine! Rich candied Pineapple, honeysuckle, acacia and white florals, pine tar and some vanilla. On the palate this has tons of tropical fruits, pineapple, green guava, acacia, again with coniferous notes and some crushed stone. It really coats the mouth with a long finish! This is beautiful now and I'm sure it could handle some aging.

  March 17, 2024 - What a wonderful wine! Golden color. Superbly balanced. Fresh, yet low on acidity. Taste of honey and a bit of oak.

  March 16, 2024 - Good but not really jazzing me this evening. Golden color. The nose is inviting with classic sweet corn, flowers and mild honey notes. Weight and texture are there but it has less flavor depth than I would expect from the nose. A touch bitter on the finish. It’s good but I had hoped for more. (88)
