Community Tasting Notes 3

March 8, 2007 - I liked this wine, but I’ve miss-placed my notes on this. It had a tropical lifesaver, mineral and smoke quality to it. with baked ravioli in a cream sauce with chicken sausage.

February 22, 2007 - fabulous! clean, clear, crisp. lots of lemon curd/drop flavors. nice bright acid, yet luscious texture. served cool (not cold) with fettucine in dry smoked salmon/gouda/fresh tarragon cream sauce. just a pure pleasure. highly recommended.

    September 21, 2005 - excellent
