January 28, 2024 - Krug Lover Dinner with Olivier Krug (Daniel Dal Ban 1876 (Tafelspitz) Düsseldorf): blind
Too young, energetic Burgundy with a discreet reduction. Some flintstone and creamieness likewise. Resfreshing salinity. 97

February 15, 2023 - Privileged to taste....This will be a phenomenal wine with some age. intense minimality, citrus and peach, very fresh long finish. Obviously needs time to develop, but it has all the stuffing to become a great wine.

February 10, 2023 - I had yet to open a 2020 white burg. If this was representative, I understand all the accolades for the vintage. Class in the glass from first sip, even in its infancy. Bravo, and looking forward to many more.

November 3, 2022 - 2022 Excellent Burgundy Adventure; 10/31/2022-11/6/2022 (Burgundy): Expressive nose displaying pure yellow and white fruit, apple, pear, white peach, lemon oil, honeysuckle, beeswax, sweet spices and limestone. Excellent concentration, layers upon layers of generous yellow and white fruit, dense and rich but also very pure and precise, bright acidity, strong limestone mineral, and a long sweet yellow and white fruit driven finish with a hint of honeysuckle at the end. This seems bigger and deeper compare to the bienvenue batard Montrachet.
