Rich but needed time in the bottle to soften. I think I've fallen into the trap of drinking it a bit too early just because it doesn't say premier cru on the label. -

March 19, 2023 - Rather simple, even after a few hours of air, but nicely balanced. Time brought out more of the same: pleasant creaminess (good oak proportions) and smooth fruit. Delicious.
