January 18, 2024 - PNP at Akikos dinner. The wine was cloudy with fine grained sediment caked on the inside of the bottle and also in the glass when poured. Very floral nose, white stone fruits, somewhat sweet and lacking the typical Coche gunflint. Great palate, it started out open knit but with air really firmed up with some welcome structure and outstanding acidity for the vintage. Long finish. Strong wine
