October 20, 2023 - Really crisp and extremely fine bubbles. The mousse was creamy and fell apart in the mouth in a nice way.
The wine was pretty linear, not a ton of complexity or fruit but not bad either. Reminded me a bit of Chablis (but with bubbles!).
