January 14, 2024 - Color/App: pale straw yellow core; medium viscosity. Simple but fairly intense & pleasant nose of lemon, green apple and a little vanilla. Highly acidic palate of mostly citrus (esp. lemon) notes with a touch of honey and white flowers. Lightly structured wine that shows a short, clipped finish. Reasonably priced at $12. Might be nice with oysters or shellfish but there are too many other better choices available.

December 19, 2021 - Crisp and light. Touch of minerality in the style of a Sauvignon blanc. Nice pairing with pan seared grouper. An interesting alternative white.
