October 4, 2023 - the last of a 6pack purchased at time of release. agree with the most recent preceding post that this is on the decline but with a little air, the tannin settles nicely and this came to life. sure, it's more savoury than a few years back but not all the fruit is gone for me... on the palate, still some prominent blackberry, along with mint, earthy notes and spice. also still has some good acidity to keep it lively. no need to wait but this is an excellent bottling that has stood up well over the years.

September 18, 2023 - This has past the peak, slightly tannic and not much fruit left to balance it out.

December 31, 2021 - Fully integrated now. Nice depth with lingering finish.

January 10, 2021 - black and red fruits make for a lovely brambly nose. smooth, full, open and an almost viscous consistency. big fruit forwardness, some woody notes, fully integrated tannins and a good balance of acidity. lovely long finish with some hovering sweetness. this is excellent.
