January 30, 2023 - Big flavors and almost hot but still smooth and balanced
Big nutty toasty notes up top and on the palate. Very dry for american whiskey, but not entirely without caramel and vanilla. Warming finish, lightish body. Lovely whiskey for an occasional treat. -

January 2, 2021 - Not quite Baker's 13 which was very good but this one more more Jim Beam, more peanuts, peanut brittle, cinnamon, syrup, hints of citrus. Decent length and texture. One of the older bottles that I've seen. Date Barreled 12-2011 8 years, 8 months.
