Community Tasting Notes 2

April 24, 2024 - Still quite purple, cassis and spice on the nose but a little lifted. Some acid, soft full tannins. Not quite integrated but coming together.

July 13, 2022 - Despite flavourful and well built, it is a bit over the top and alcoholic for my taste. Nice aromas of black fruits, mint.

Edit: some 5 days later the wine showed way better with grilled magret and butter/soy mushrooms. The sweet fruit was stunning and tannins rounder. Still too much alcohol, but paired really well.

Rated it 90pts on the second occasion.
