February 27, 2020 - Very nic Chablis drank with parchment paper halibut. Crisp an good minerality. A bit of a bitter note distracted. Last bottle for me.

December 19, 2018 - Really good with Halibut Olympia. Best bottle yet. Crisp with bright fruit and minerality. Drink or hold.

July 6, 2018 - I always consider it a happy event when an older bottle of Chablis is not oxidized.. This went well with fresh halibut.
