July 2, 2022 - 淡宝石红色，闻香有明显的奶油味，那种来自新世界的类似桉树的气味，成熟黑果，青椒气息，入口酸度高，单宁紧致有点抓人，有颗粒感，酒液咸，收口甜，明显的奶油，喉咙里能感受到酒精感，桉树一类的草本植物混合着黑果香气，后段有清凉感和辛辣感，余味是奶油和成熟果香。香气浓郁，酒体强劲，橡木桶影响明显，甜美风格。
