November 19, 2023 - Wir waren zu ungeduldig und hatten den Wein zu kalt im Glas. Er hatte etwas Nagellack-Noten. Diesen wurden um einiges besser, nachdem der Wein Luft bekommen hat und wärmer wurde. Duftet nach gelben reifen Äpfeln und Honig. Am Gaumen trocken und erfrischend. Immer wieder extrem spannender Naturwein.
