December 3, 2023 - Decanted for 1 hour. Expressive and refined, with medium tannin and acidity (acidity a bit more dominant), both good integrated. It delivers crisp red and blue fruit, especially ripe strawberries and blackberries, a clear floral tone and some subtle hints of different spices. Good length and texture. Clearly primary in the expression at this point and would most likely gain in complexity with time. Can easily be saved for a decade.

November 27, 2022 - 60 minute splash decant. Very open (for now). Refined, medium body with a pronounced floral bouquet. Prominent red fruit. Sings with foie gras on toasted baguette rounds. Highly recommended but most likely will require patience once it shuts down (as did my 2016's a while after release). Won't open another for at least 4 or 5 years (as good as it is now)

    October 12, 2022 - Dark purple red.
Very refined, feminine nose of complex florals, spice, red fruits and mineral elements.
The palate is weightless, open, expressive and youthful, feminine, beguiling and absolutely delicious. Ultra-refined red fruits, mineralite, gone in a flash. Compared to the Bourgogne rouge a few weeks back this is open and ready for business, just so plush and delicious I could drink it every day… my case might not live to see November…
