June 29, 2023 - I guess I enjoyed more than others. It’s dense and rather black fruited with mild red fruit highlights. Rather lifted aromatocs with some cedar spice notes set this apart and show the deft winemaking. Finish is a little thin and short.

May 26, 2023 - Dark, austere. Aromas of some dark fruits, but dominated by woodwork, forrest floor and some herbs. More tannin than I’ve experienced in most Bourgogne rouge, but of good quality.
Not very charming, but good company to a stew or steak.

March 16, 2023 - Medium ruby colour. Medium and developing nose with ripe wild raspberry, ripe red cherry, ripe strawberry, toast, black pepper, savory, forest floor and hints of smoke. Medium taste of ripe wild raspberry, ripe red cherry, ripe strawberry, black pepper, forest floor, hints of smoke, savoury and charred wood. Medium (+) long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium (-) tannins. Medium body. A very good Bourgogne Rouge that is still young. Drink in a few years time, and at least five years. Duck, mushrooms, pork or veal.

February 19, 2023 - Dark and dense red color. A bit spicy aromas, with ripe strawberries. Fresh, cool and very fruity in the mouth, with fine tannins.
