February 25, 2018 - Viscous, intense. Honey, nectarine and pineapple. Mineral and bright acid. Good length. Drink now. (92 Very good wine)

July 17, 2015 - While possesing the ballpark golden hay, mineral, honey profile, this was short on finish and best paired with a rich fish or ocean fare than drunk on its own.

    October 29, 2013 - from 375 ml
nose: savory dried pineapple with a very strong caramel element. I find it almost overpowering in intensity of aroma.
palate: the dried pineapple is inescapable, though it is definitely unsweetened. THe viscous mouthfeel has just a touch of alcohol, but not enough to detract. Stale? Old? (can't decide on the right descriptor) lemon rind on the finish. The heaviness of the package is somewhat worrying. I do not have enough experience with pre-mox to identify it for sure, but this seems both well-aged and heavy beyond its frame. $18 for 375 ml seems about right for a bottle with 7 yrs age - would not suggest paying more.

June 18, 2010 - light lemony cream, fresh schist and stony minerality.Robust ripe lemon creme fresh candy bursting in the mouth once you bite into it. A lil weird but i like to call this a crunchy wine. Has a bitter lemon almond crusty twang to it.
