March 5, 2024 - Left a little bite in the mouth but perhaps not a fair taste because I drank it over the course of a week while sick. Had lots of gungk at the bottom though, probably won’t have it again.

December 20, 2023 - Aroma; blackberry, pruny, hot.
Taste: Leather, oak/woody, plummy.
Way better on third sip, mouth adjusted to the hotness.
Medium tannins.
