May 6, 2024 - Fruit forward, with strong peppery flavor s of cherry plum strawberry vanilla and leather. High tannin and alcohol , medium body and long finish.

April 21, 2024 - By the glass in London. Was attracted to this by the Château-Grillet label! The wine was not on C-G’s level, but still quite good. Nose is a bit coarse. Plummy-violet character. Quite light in structure. Slightly hot. Struck me as a young-drinking wine although the consensus below seems to be that it’s an ager.

April 8, 2024 - Only rating it a 90 for now, but it has the potential to evolve significantly.

The palate was a medley of dark fruits, plums, brown sugar, a little molasses with good acidity. The tannins were quite present, I'd open my next bottle in 3 years.

May 25, 2023 - Rustic, intense, spicy with good acidity. Needs age, too young.
