  August 31, 2023 - Greek restaurant - best by the glass white wine option.
  
  Overall paired well with chicken/prawn skouvaki dinner. Crisp, light floral tones, no oak (stainless steel vats),medium body.

  May 9, 2023 - Almost looks like water in the glass. Smells of pear, peach, and wet stone. Very steely entrance, white flowers, firm underripe pear, some tropical fruit into the finish. Interesting. I'd almost say austere, but also, very refreshing and subtle.

  April 22, 2023 - This wine is very pretty, and wonderfully delicate. Notes of white flower petals, linden, white peach, sweet grape on the nose, some fresh acidity and hint of minerality on the palate. Remeniscent of a Muscat, but far more subtle, etherial. There is some crunchy texture on the palate and the finish isn't the longest lasting, but it lasts exactly enough to make you come back for more.

  January 21, 2023 - Beautifully floral, herbaceous, and aromatic.
  
  Aromas of rose petal, white flowers, lychee, lemon, lime, grapefruit, green apple, bell pepper, oregano, thyme, rosemary, salt, and chalk.
  
  Front of the palate suggests generous fruit but it quickly dries up on the mid-palate, finishing with bright saline, acidity. Light bodied and high acid.
