February 10, 2024 - Notes of raspberry, stone and salt. Not very complex, but it has a very clean and pure character.

January 31, 2024 - My least liked wine at a tasting of 13 Jadot wines including 6 reds. Acidic and lean with clearly some problem with the fruit unless this is going through an awkward stage.

January 14, 2024 - Un beau pinot avec des arômes de fraise, de bois. Une bouche simple mais agréable pas le plus concentré, finale agréable sur les fruits rouges.

May 5, 2023 - This pours light purple in the glass with significant pink. the nose is youthful, confected, and somewhat reductive. Aromas are of licorice, violets, purple candy, plum and candied mixed berries. The palate is youthfully structured, yet fairly clamped down. Tannin is medium and acid is somewhat harsh, medium plus. The finish closes on the plum, and berries of the nose. One of my least favorite young burgundies tasted in a while.

November 19, 2022 - Waterford Wine Co. Burgundy Festival (Waterford Wine Co. - Milwaukee WI): Walkaround tasting. Starts with a sense of ripeness and fun, then this expands and quickly picks up steam and weight. Better today vs when tasted 6 months ago at Jadot.
