May 11, 2024 - Consistent with prior note. Pop'n'pour, used a proper stem this time, nose still tight, but very pleasant mix of raspberry and pepper. High delicious factor palate, textured, balanced, fruit forward with a nice stem driven secondary profile. Yum.

April 13, 2024 - Pop'n'pour into stemless tumblers. I didn't get much on the nose initially, though might have been the choice of glassware. In any case, pleasant and red fruit driven from what I coaxed from my glass. Not super complex, yet not a bland fruit-bomb either.
The palate impression is brilliant: round, red fruit attack, with a full progression through mid-palate to finish. Fine texture, ripe, mild tannins. Dry, yet smooth with massive delicious factor. Great acid-tannin-fruit balance, the whole cluster/stem inclusion character is integrated very, very well. Subtle if any oak, alcohol well integrated.
Feel like this is right in its drinking window, and will hold there for a few years. I'll be drinking mine in the near term for the lovely fruit and superb balance.4 people found this helpful Comment -

February 21, 2024 - Give it an hour or so of air and you’re in for a treat. I wish my wife liked Grenache; I would buy a few cases of Dusty’s deliciousness.

December 27, 2023 - Easily bested a Tribute to Grace Granache that was opened alongside it. This was full of beautiful fruit, some complexity from what I believe was stem inclusion (just guessing), and a clean, elegant finish. Terrific wine.

December 15, 2022 - Showing a little darker and with more prominent cherry notes than my first two bottles. Still, this is super delicious and makes me smile. Do yourself a favor and get on this train.
