    April 29, 2023 - Tasting pretty good !! No flaws !!
Cork saturated 35%, easily removed. Consumed over two days. Bright red color with excellent clarity. Aromas and flavors of strawberry and black cherry with a medium mineral finish. Fruit from Santa Maria Valley and flavors are typical of same. Made by Flux Wine (a Mark Harold project). Only one of this vintage remaining in my cellar.
