October 15, 2023 - Bien qu’un peu solaire, il offrait un nez floral et charmeur. Rond, fin, salin et mûr, le pinot épicé, flanqué d’un fruit un rien confit (cerise confiturée) se montrait gourmand et accessible.

Le plus complexe chez JC Rateau des Beaune dégustés: solaire, épicé, fruits à l'alcool; la structure est fine et serrée, il offre un beau potentitel de garde.
Le registre aromatique est déjà évolué. Un vin d'automne qui pinote chaleureusement!
