October 30, 2022 - The wine looks blonde colored. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like lemon, apple blossom and ocean. It tastes like gooseberry, apple, lemon, pineapple, salinity, flint and mineral. The body is light. The wine has bright texture.

July 13, 2022 - One of my favorite summer whites, with the 2020 vintage of particular appeal. Bright silver in color, a polished package of brisk acidity, saline and seashell tastes and texture, and a hint of citrus. Served with shrimp tacos in a lime and tomatillo sauce with a jicama slaw. My version of a great summer night.
