April 15, 2024 - Finished last half of the Guion Authentique on pizza Mundo. Very good on 2nd night, just a lovely bottle of cab franc. Yum

October 15, 2023 - Fairly approachable for a young Guion. I typically prefer these only with a fair amount of age. This has the signature Guion chalky austerity but the fruit is still fairly fresh. Appealing dark ruby color. Quite nice.

July 26, 2023 - This is a very smooth glass of my favourite wine Cab Franc and this is a great example. Sometime Loire wines have an earthy taste but there is none of this here.
