August 10, 2022 - Eucalyptus, flesh and dark berries in the scent.
Medium+ acidity, Medium+ tannins, Full body
Flesh, eucalyptus, pepper, dark berries on the palate.
Quite intense taste of vanilla in the beginning but after one hour aeration it decreased to a hint that was positive.
Lingonberry also appeared after aeration and that surprised me in a 100% Syrah. -

July 21, 2022 - Black fruit, esp black cherries, prunes smoky bacon, spicy, exotic plants, tropical damp earth and then a hint of vanilla. Balanced acidity and smooth tannins. Not too heavy, excellent with chimichurri steak.
