January 5, 2024 - Nose has a certain cardboard note that makes little sense for a screwcap bottle. Some strawberry floral lily and strong saline minerality shows through. Perhaps the fruit has faded and this is just the strong mineral notes showing through. Still has some effervescence. Palate shows mineral galore, good acid and very little fruit. I’m not rating bc it is showing so oddly for what I know this to be. The underlying structure is superb.

July 9, 2023 - One of the best pool/summer wines out there. Light/crisp fruit with some herbaceous elements that makes it unique. Very consistent and love the slight fizz here.
