February 8, 2012 - Garnet colored, clear complexion. Initial nose of Cassis, Bacon, Black Pepper and Graphite. Medium to full bodied, nice supple tannin structure, silky mouthfeel, medium acidity. Subtle note of bitterness on a lengthy finish.
I would happily drink again. -
