  May 14, 2023 - Deep pastel pink color. Nose consists of strawberry, raspberry, cherry, and rose - typical overall, but with excellent intensity and freshness of fruit, singing in clean high pitched voice. In the mouth, solid and seamless linear acidity is supporting relatively rich body for rose. Finishes with seedy smokiness adding interest. Sharp on day 1, supple and broad on day 2. A serious textbook rose with good substance, great QPR.

  October 23, 2022 - Drank with lunch at Copake yesterday. Interesting rose. Cherries and rubarb on the palate, aromas of strawberries and roses. Solid acidity, good concentration and plenty of fruit, but on the dry side. Finish slightly bitter and acidic. I like this rose

  July 22, 2022 - Incredibly nice rosé wine that goes really well with food. Will buy this every year. Refreshing, quite deep and fruity with strawberries, pomegranate, lingonberries and blood orange that finsihes off in a peppery style.
