January 7, 2024 - Wines drunk around London; 1/3/2024-1/7/2024 (London, UK): The nose is wide open and seamless right away, filling the glass with red apples, nectarines, nougat, meyer lemons, vanilla beans, spiced pears, candied citrus, elderflower, saline, sea breeze, apple blossoms, and some stone fruits. There is a lot of complexity here with a style that is distinctly Chenin while also being it's own beast. The Medium bodied feel is textured and refined with tart, high acidity. This is a delicious Chenin from a vastly underrated producer. I really wish these travelled more as there’s super serious quality here.

June 1, 2023 - Cool process, almost like making orange wine (but then a lot more palatable 😉). Enjoying the notes of fresh citrus. Light spice, grapefruit, some ripe peach after a while. Highly recommended.
