May 8, 2022 - Great floral notes with a deep fruit base. A great finish with wonderful acidity. This Rosé reminds me of the great Rosés from Provence. Wonderful with a sautéed piece of halibut. The acidity really helped to “show off” the fresh caught halibut. This reminded me of Unti’s 2019 but with a much more integrated acidity. I loved the 2019, but this is a classic.
