October 25, 2022 - Excellent balance and depth in this pet-nat. Simultaneous hints of sweet and sour meyer lemon curd, brioche, lemongrass, ginger nose and palate and refreshing matcha-like medium-full body mouthfeel with a long anise mineral finish.
