June 10, 2023 - Big Burgundy Tasting (Prince Sydney, 40 Hansard Street): A little peach and apricot, butter, smidge of oak. Quite sour on the palate, short, nah.

February 8, 2023 - Minerally, crisp and medium bodied. The wine was tight the first night so I put the cork in it to enjoy the night following. It really improved and confirmed my hunch that this is built for medium term cellaring for sure. Tonight it's still crisp and mineral, not too much oak, greener citrus like candied lime - and herbs - tarragon, chervil and a bit of anise. Nutty on the finish. Yum. Oh yeah and there's pear in there too, not too ripe though.

January 22, 2023 - Aromas of citrus fruits, minerals and oak. Quite tight and restrained, and will benefit from a couple of years in the cellar.

December 26, 2022 - Til juletorsk med mor. Rik lukt med halm og mandarinskall. Kraftig smak med grove epler, tanniner, moden sitron, middels syre, sitter lenge, mangler litt balanse. Kraftig og frisk.

December 6, 2022 - Bottle off the wine list over lunch at Riviera.
Appearance is clear, pale intensity, yellow lemon colour. Legs.
Nose is clean, medium intensity, with aromas of saline, citrus lemon oil, yellow peach, touch of hay/straw, smoked stones with a bit of sizzling butter on it. Youthful.
On the palate, dry, medium+ acidity, medium alcohol (13%), medium body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of cream peach, citrus lemon with touch of oil and hint of butter, green limes. Saline stones minerality to the medium+ finish.
Very good quality. Overall nicely balanced and quite immediate appeal. Drink now and over next few years.
