October 9, 2023 - The Chappellet chenin blanc is one of my favorite white wines and is usually very consistent from vintage to vintage. This was our sixth and final bottle from the 2021 vintage. This is a bottling that to me lacks the energy, acidity and zest of most vintages. I’ve only opened one bottle of chenin from the 2022 vintage and much prefer it to the 2021.
