February 26, 2024 - Healthy light gold colour. Showing age by depletion of sparkle but the flavour itself was rather good and not too yeasty.

December 16, 2023 - Very much toward the end of its drinking window in 750ml format. Biscuity, touch of lemon but that orange note creeping in of overly mature champagne. Good enough to drink mind you.
