April 10, 2024 - French >$150 theme: Guessed 2020 Jura Chardonnay because of the cloudy appearance and round, ripe fruit. Some similarities to the Marnes Blanches I had a couple of weeks ago. Nice creamy texture but a little too exotic for me on the palate. Not quite sure what the fuss is about for this producer.

January 3, 2024 - Wines drunk around London; 1/3/2024-1/7/2024 (London, UK): Lovely and perfumes right from the get-go with red apples, peaches, lemon oil, vanilla extract, nougat, nectarines, navel oranges, bosc pears, yellow flowers, quince, and a bit of jasmine. The Medium bodied feel is refined and balanced with crisp, medium acidity. The acidity has some nice cut and freshness along with a lot of length on the palate. This is some real real good shit from what has become a cult producer in short time.
