April 28, 2024 - Colour is like a light red wine, almost, very dark pink. Soplenty of spice and fred fruit oin the nose, herbal, local, orangepeel here, strawberries with good acidity. This on is too young IMHO, needs a couple of years to relax and open. Shall see tomorrow.

October 6, 2023 - This pours deep pink in the glass with a touch of salmon. The nose just leaps from the glass in an explosion of cherry, strawberry, orange peel, rose petals, chalky soil, pomegranate, and thyme blossom. The palate enters on the citrus tinged red fruit with a youthful touch of fruit sweetness. The acid is medium plus with a lovely mineral and chalk tinged finish. All in all this is just gorgeous and very appealing. Quite a lovely and complete wine. While I'd love to load up I feel the price is somewhat prohibitive and that quite a similar profile can be achieved in the more elegant end of Tavel at a lower price. Nice wine but the value is somewhat questionable.

September 18, 2023 - Delicious as always. Complex, savory, just enough fruit.

September 13, 2023 - One of the finest rosés I’ve ever had. Made from 50+ year old vines, a blend of 45% Grenache, 30% Mourvedre, 5% Cinsault and 20% of Syrah, Castet, Monosquin, Carignan and 4 different clones of Muscatel. 1/3 is made with saignee method, 2/3 pressed directly, aged separately in small barrels on its lees for 2 years. Gorgeous colour of medium candied pink ruby, salmon touch. Medium intensity perfumed aroma of strawberries, raspberries, roses, cherries, pomegranate, redcurrant, vanilla. Full body, concentrated, densely packed and seriously structured, showing great finesse, but also nervous and vibrant, refreshing, growing with changing layers of juicy elaborated red fruits and flowers. Concludes with lively medium+ acidity and a tinge of tannic grip. Serious and extravagant.

July 1, 2023 - Serious Rosés at Full Circle: Loved the stunning pink colour. Nose wasn't quite as good as l'Anglore but I liked the palate better. Fabulous intensity and layers of fresh strawberry fruit. Loved the spine that gave the wine a wonderful structure.
