January 13, 2024 - We had a bottle of this at a restaurant with tuna sashimi and scallops. It had yellow apple, pear and floral notes along with a buttery feel. There was low acid, medium to low body and medium alcohol with a pleasant medium finish. Went nice with the meal.

September 17, 2023 - Part of a large tasting. Light straw color. Pineapple, grapefruit, citrus, salininity with a creamy texture. Adding orange and lemon flavors. Crisp and clean.

August 16, 2023 - This pours a rich gold and has a decent floral peach aroma. It enters broad and sweet but quickly switches to flat saline bitter structure. This may be a varietal issue and not my preferred profile but it seems off.
