October 21, 2023 - Powerful red fruit - cherry cherry cherry…..and some rasberry on the front end. Very smooth but a little “thicker” than something from the RRV. Has a great mouthfeel with some leather one possibly forest floor on the backend. Opened up during a meal so will probably give the next bottle 20-30 minutes before consuming instead of having at as a PnP. Don’t think it’s hit it’s peak yet so might wait another 9-12 months.

Presents as a pure elegant Pinot, sage and bright fruit too the aroma. A sip reveals unexpected depth and intensity with ripe red raspberry, bleach cherry, Santa Rosa plum and tamarind flavors bolstered by a luxurious feel across the front and mid palate. The finish rides a line of youthful tension marked by leather, forest floor, star anise and black tea with tightly woven tannins.
