February 25, 2024 - Pale rosé colour, fine bubbles. Restrained nose, there's some red currant and cranberry, but this is mostly marked by wet pebble and flintstone notes. Vivid in the mouth, lively bubbles, relatively high acidity, chalky finish. Excellent.

Rather similar appley aromas, but more subdued & with a more bread-heavy character & more of wet stone aromas.
Spritzy, harsh, small bubbles.
High acidity up front.
Acidic finish (acid feels green/appley-malic in character)
A bit more soft-fruited on palate/finish.
