March 10, 2024 - 100% Carricante. I dunno; it was good but I was expecting a bit more minerality. It’s there, but is overshadowed by lemon notes. Paired ok with chicken thighs roasted with fennel, carrot, and onion. I think it works better as a solo sipper.
