January 6, 2016 - Very nice texture, full but intense and focused. Lemon notes at first, framed by a honeyed roundness and a medium long stony/saline mineral finish. Very nice.

September 17, 2015 - Light in the nose with a tinge of tropical fruits, a smattering of honeycomb. The palate is very clean and crisp with brisk acidity and a strong vein of stoniness and mild pineapple sweetness. A short finish took away a point or so from scoring this, I have the feeling this is nearing the end of it's drinking life.
