Community Tasting Notes 2

    December 30, 2023 - 한식과 함께할 때 아주 좋음

August 2, 2023 - Powerful and rich on the nose with pure, ripe pear and peach, together with lemon peel, wafts of honeysuckle, a touch of smoke and a wet stone edge. Medium to full bodied on the expressive palate with a long grated lemon zest over mango finish. Drinking well now but will continue to improve.

    WSET Notes:

    Medium lemon.

Pronounced on the nose with honeysuckle, peach, pear, lemon peel, smoke and wet stone. Youthful.

Pronounced and dry on the palate with mango coming through. Medium plus body, medium alcohol, high acidity, long finish.

Can drink now but has potential for aging.
