October 6, 2023 - Promising but seems a bit shy right now. Light nose of cherry, some fleeting floral, replaced with earth the second night, aromas seeem hide and seek. Nice sense of depth on the palate, but tannins notably grainy. Maybe would do well with a couple years more bottle age. Pasta with corn, feta, tomato and basil, romanesco on the side.

May 28, 2023 - Really solid wine. Beautiful, actually. Good fruit expression with tons of red and dark strawberries along with roses and a nice firm grip in the tannin department. The flavors linger nicely on the palate. Had this with fancy pizza on the first night and was awesome. With the remaining glass and a half of leftovers, we had alongside Japanese curry the next night, and oddly enough, it did not clash with the food. Impressive. Very happy with this wine.

March 6, 2023 - Colour: pale garnet red, legs are medium fast, no sediment
Nose: cherry, rosemary, small forrest strawberry and raspberry, some forrest floor and mushroom
Mouth: cherry, raspberry, smooth tannin slightly grippy, forrest strawberry, spice and herbs, good balance of acidity and sweetness
Finish: nice long finish, currently rather fruit driven, earthy notes, sweetness and some fine spice
Great Nebbiolo which is good to drink in its youth, probably quite a lot of potential for the future1 person found this helpful Comment
