  November 14, 2015 - P&P, paired with grilled pork chops and asparagus. Slight VA that appeared to get worse with additional air. Great fruit, lots of blackberry with a sprinkling of pepper. Not as complex as I recall from previous bottles. Perhaps this is nearing the far end of it's drinking window. Drink now.

  January 11, 2015 - So good! Big blackberry and smoked meat flavors, somewhat floral on the nose, but lots of cracked peppercorn coming through as well. Finished with dark chocolate sprinkled with pepper. Glad I have a couple more!
