  April 7, 2024 - By the glass. Assyrtiko wine from the island of Santorini with an aging on its own lees of eighteen months. This aged treatment gives a good aromatic complexity with hints of ripe peaches, lemons and surprisingly spicy Mexican peppers. That's complexity. On the palate it is tasty but shallow, refreshing and round with a pastry aftertaste. Simple, ample even elegant but superficial too.
  
  Por copas. Vino de Assyrtiko procedente de la isla de Santorini con un envejecimiento sobre sus propias lías de dieciocho meses. Esa crianza le confiere una buena complejidad aromática con recuerdos a melocotones maduros, limones y sorprendentemente picantes pimientos mexicanos. Buena complejidad. Por contra en boca es sabroso pero sin profundidad, refrescante y redondo con un retrogusto de pastelería. Simple, amplio incluso elegante aunque también superficial.

  January 15, 2024 - Maltby & Greek portfolio tasting: 12 months sur lie. Peachy ripeness on the nose with a smoky, satisfying green note. Thick and slightly sweet on the palate but just about manageable- the alcoholic heat is noticeable. Acidity does cut through all that fat at the end.

  Pale et brillant. Nez sudiste, fenouil et alcooleux, anisé, m’évoque les canistrelli corses.
  Comparé au 7 villages, la bouche est plus tendue, saline et même salée, plus étirée, plus élégante ! Un cran d’en dessus…
  Devrait s’arrondit et se complexifier d’ici 5/7 ans!
