September 17, 2023 - Needs 45 to come alive (mins.) Elegant and Feminine, Meaty pinot fruit, Ripe with spicy summer brambles, red fruited with blood orange, Alcohol, woodsy herbals, hints baking spice. Palate of Strawberry/ rhubarb hints of black raspberry, finishing with tart minerality. Try with Foie Gras confit if your politicians haven’t banned it or Blanquette de Veau. May need a couple more years to flesh out further. 2018 seemed more giving at this point 4 years on. Purchased vineyard direct upon release and stored accordingly...Na zdrowie
