September 7, 2023 - Very good, but not special. Black cherry color. Nice viscosity. There is some good plummy, candied fruit in the nose, pure and vivid, if not complex. Fine palate, too. Dark fruit profile. A pretty sleek wine that goes down easy, with good presence and flavor. One taster described it as "piquant." It fits. 4-12-15-8: 89/100.
